As a member of the MTS Hotel Supply sales team, you will play an important role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring that customer quotations, pricelists, and sales information are prepared accurately and efficiently.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and computer-proficient individual to support our sales team by handling data entry and sales-related administrative tasks using Odoo ERP.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist sales representatives in preparing quotations and customer pricelists, allowing the sales team to focus more effectively on customer relationships, field visits, and generating new business.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Strong Excel and Word Skills
- Odoo Erp background
We are looking for someone who:
Is highly organized and pays strong attention to detail
Has good computer and data-entry skills
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel
Is comfortable working with ERP or CRM systems
Has previous experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems (preferred)
Can work efficiently with numbers, prices, product codes, and large amounts of product information
Can prepare documents accurately while working under deadlines
Has good communication and teamwork skills
Is reliable, responsible, and able to follow established procedures
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in sales administration, data entry, customer service, or back-office sales support is a plus
