Junior Sales Account Manager

As a member of the MTS Hotel Supply sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and supporting the hospitality sector across Egypt. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and well-presented sales professional with 1–2 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably within the HORECA or restaurant supplies industry.

You will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for conducting daily field visits to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other HORECA clients to present and promote MTS’s product lines, including disposables, cleaning products, room amenities, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations and quotations
  • Generating sales orders and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure on-time delivery
  • Following up with clients on order status, payments, and overall satisfaction
  • Introducing new products and promotions to clients
  • Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality sector
  • Maintaining accurate sales records using Odoo CRM
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting activity to the Sales Manager

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in HORECA, FMCG, or B2B distribution
  • Is familiar with hotel or restaurant operations (preferred)
  • Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Is proficient in Excel and able to use a CRM system (Odoo knowledge is a plus)
  • Is presentable, reliable, and highly self-motivated
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Is comfortable working in the field with continuous customer visits
  • Owning a car is a plus but not required

🕘 Working Hours & Location

  • Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for field visits)
  • Base Location: Nasr City 
  • Work Nature: field-based with regular visits to clients
